Kale & edamame Salad


​Ingredients
2 bags frozen edamame (pre-shelled), thawed
4 large leaves of curly kale (shredded) OR baby kale (whole)
handful of Grape tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup 
Almonds or pecans
1/4 cup Blue cheese, crumbled
1/8 cup Dried cranberries
Asian Sesame dressing (to taste)

Directions
Mix ingredients in a large serving bowl. Dress and refrigerate about 30 minutes before serving.
